Choosing a finishing company is just as important as choosing the colors and furniture for your apartment. Your experience may not help you finish your home as desired, unlike apartment finishing companies that already have a proven track record.
The better the reputation of the finishing company in the field, the more perfect the results you will get.
In this article, we introduce you to Benaa Contracting and Investment Company, one of the best apartment decoration and painting companies in Egypt.
Painting and decorating finishes
Companies specializing in apartment interior design and painting have their own unique style of finishing, which will certainly suit your personality and preferences. This is what Binaa Contracting and Investment Company guarantees.
Binaa Contracting and Investment Company provides you with painting finishes, according to the latest standards and the latest international decorations.
Walls are the unknown soldiers in the home. Although you may not look at them all the time, their patterns and colors are primarily responsible for your comfort or psychological discomfort.
Painting finishes 2021
At Binaa Contracting and Investment Company, we believe in following the latest guidelines in the field of finishing and decoration every year, and providing finishes according to the latest standards.
For example, one of the things that a construction and investment company is keen on is taking into account spaces and making optimal use of them, and employing all elements to make the space appear comfortable to the onlookers, as even large spaces can sometimes give the impression of discomfort.
Decorative engravings and colors
Binaa Contracting and Investment Company also adheres to the latest color standards. For the latest 2021 decorative and color trends, you can choose from the following:
1- White color:
White is always suitable for different spaces, and for both modern and classic decors. White can be adapted by mixing it with other furniture colors, other wall colors, or wallpaper to suit the decor you desire.
At Binaa Contracting and Investment Company, we guarantee that you will never get bored with the color white, achieving the perfection you dream of.
2- Cashmere color:
Cashmere is one of the modern colors that women love, both in clothing and decor, which has made it popular in general decor recently.
The color cashmere evokes calm and peace of mind, and at the same time, it is one of the colors that add joy to your home decor.
3- Green color and its shades:
Green adds a sense of serenity to your home’s walls. It’s the color that represents nature, and its use in all its shades, especially light shades, has recently become widespread in home decor.
4- Red color:
Red is a favorite color for those who love bold decor. It’s also suitable for both modern and classic decors, provided it’s adapted and used correctly. This is what Binaa Contracting and Investment Company guarantees, as one of the best companies specializing in apartment painting and décor.
5- Purple color:
Purple is a mixture of two opposite colors: red and blue. Red signifies activity, while blue signifies calm, so purple strikes the right balance between the two.
Reception decoration stages
At Binaa Contracting and Investment Company, we are committed to following systematic and organized finishing methods to protect our clients’ money and time from being wasted in the event of incorrect finishing arrangements:
1- Planning and design:
Before embarking on implementation, at Binaa Contracting and Investment Company, we first plan and design, then select the colors and materials we will use, which we choose according to the highest quality standards.
2- Implementation:
After selecting the right materials and colors, Binaa Contracting and Investment Company begins assigning the work to specialized engineers and technicians, who are dedicated to closely monitoring the project and ensuring it is completed in the best possible way.
Plastering is the first stage of construction, in which we work to increase the strength of the walls by creating a concrete wall with special specifications.
Among the tasks we take care of during the finishing process are determining the placement of furniture and wall paint, defining empty spaces, and distributing furniture pieces according to the client’s desires and the number of family members.
3- Delivery:
One of the most important things we at Binaa Contracting and Investment Company strive for, which has positioned our company among the best companies specializing in apartment painting and décor, is our strict adherence to a strict timetable to deliver the unit to the client on time.
